Refund policy

At 44 Lift Co. we want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If something is not quite right, we are here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unworn and unused
  • in the same condition you received it
  • with all original tags attached
  • in its original packaging
  • accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that returns sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or you have received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can review the issue and put things right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on certain items, including:

  • gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item first. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must still be unworn, unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
